Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect product).

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

• We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.

• Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted “final sale” products are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs
